Brief Answer:
Losartan is already extended effect drug. Few more clarifications needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking at Healthcaremagic.

I carefully read your question. There is little information included there so I might ask few more questions by the end.

It is true that due to cough sometimes we have to change Lisinoril to Losartan. They have same effect on blood pressure but Losartan does not cause cough.
Both these medications might be taken by having the daily dose in 1-2 divided doses. Most of the time it is convenient to take the whole daily dose as a single dose as their effect is already extended. So Losartan can be taken once a day.
Many other blood pressure medications now are taken only once a day due to their long half life in blood.

With the 20/7.5 do you mean a kind of combination of two drugs? Which drugs would you like to know the combination of?
