Is Martifur Safe During Pregnancy?

Question: Good morning

I am 9 weeks pregnant and have a UTI. Is is safe to take Martifur 100mg? Before my pregnancy, I have been prescribed this antibiotic several times and had great sucess with it. Thank you.
