Suggest Treatment For Severe Urine Infection During Pregnancy

Question: It's a question related to gynaecologist :

Now my wife is of 8months Pregnancy, she is having Urine infection a bit high. So our doctor has given Zostum-1g injection for 3 days dosage as twice a day. Recently we have undergone urine culture examination. Reports say that there are plenty of puss cells and doctor is suggesting to admit in hospital for 3 days, which I am not interested in.

Please suggest me advice.

No need for admission in my opinion.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The urine culture report states that the infection is sensitive to Nitrofurantoin.
There is no need to admit her.
She can take Nitrofurantoin ( Martifur ) tablets 100 mg twice a day for 7 days , and I am sure she will be fine.
Repeat urine routine microscopy can be done after 7 days.
IN which city do you reside.
She should take atleast 3 litres of water daily, and Liquid Citralka ( 2 tablespoonfulls in a glass of water twice a day ) till the bottle is over.

I hope you have gone through the snapshot of reports, my worry is in one of the reports it is mentioned that Puss Cells are plenty.

In addition to that I have mentioned earlier that our doctor has given "Zostum-1g injection". Is that dosage is suggestible during Pregnancy that too in Third trimester.

Fact is that, We have went to other doctor for second opinion that doctor said to admit immediately after looking into the reports. So now we are panic whether to listen to the Second doctor and join OR stick to our old doctor who said to just move on.

Forgot to say, In addition to this Urine Infection my wife is having white discharging issue as well which is a bit more. She used Vaginal Tablets but no result. It is discharging while passing the urine.

This is the current detail situation of my wife.

As per our discussion I have attached all the latest prescriptions,scan and Urine Culture reports.

Note: In 04-12-2016 prescription, doctor has given only Zostum injection as the other one not suited to the body.

Complaints that my wife is facing currently:
Itching and paining at Vagina
Back pain, Unable to turn properly while sleeping
Stomach pain
Diziness

Okay.
I have gone through the reports.
Here is my advise.
Apologize for the delay in response.
Please take Clingen vaginal tablet 1 daily ( insert vaginally at night ) for 7 days.
In addition to that, please take FAS - 3 kit ( AFS kit ) for your wife.
AVoid sex without a condom.
Take Martifur in the dosage suggested, and Liquid Citralka as explained in the earlier response.
ATleast 3 litres of water daily.
Please repeat Urine routine microscopy after one week and let me know.
Do not panic.
