Good Evening,
As i said earlier, i do have psoriasis from last 4 years. I have stopped taking any medicine from last 3 years. I do not know exactly what was the name of the product, but i have done course of Methotraxate and photo therapy about 3 years ago.
Currently, i do only apply En-moist cream to my body. I do have almost 40% area covered by psoriasis. Pl do help.

Brief Answer:
use steroid and tacrolimus
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
As you have thalassemia methotrexate is not advisable to you.
You can continue with a steroid based lotion like clobetasol in morning and tacrolimus cream in night.
Try this for two months, if you dont get response then capsule acitretin can be considered however acitretin must be used only under medical supervision.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
