Is Molluscum Contagiosum Contagious?

Question: If you have access, please see my question from January 26th. I had sent in some pictures and asked a question about lesions on my pubic area. I was told there is a very high chance it looks like molluscum contagiosum & to get it checked by a doctor and then possibly have electric cautery etc..
UPDATE - I went to a dermatologist and they confirmed it to be molluscum contagiosum - it was treated with cryotherapy about 1.5 weeks ago.. so it turned purple then crusted and fell off today. Now after crust falling off, I noticed that the bump is still there - although much smaller, but still slightly visible. Please see pictures.
My question is do I still need to worry about this?? Is Molluscum Contagiosum still there?? Is it still contagious? Able to spread?? should I worry about this and have it treated again or what? Please advise.

So at this point is it still contagious and able to spread?? because there is nothing on the inside it looks like, usually there would be the yellow stuff inside right, right now it's just a red bump... So am just wondering if it's still contagious and able to spread??
Brief Answer:
Second session required
Detailed Answer:
Yes it seems contagious and I think should get the session promptly.
