Brief Answer:
Not recommended

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and o understand your concerns but I would not recommend using them. Nootropics are cognitive enhancers that are claimed to boost memory, creativity , neuronal and cognitive functions .. however data on the safety of long term use is still inconclusive, while there is evidence of addictive pattern on using them.. Also the efficacy of their use in individuals without cognitive impairement has not yet been proved. I hope I answered your question
