Brovana (aformoterol), being a beta 2 agonist can cause tremors.
Mysoline (primidone) is indicated in essential tremors and it can reduce the tremors. Main side effects include vertigo, confusion, excitement and others.
Ipratropoium will help in COPD. I would have stopped Brovana in my patient and would have introduced ipratropium and wait for the response. Hope this helps. Thank you.
