Is Norethisterone Effective In Regularising Periods?

Question: Hi I have not had a period since march 2013. I am trying to conceive. Been doing ovulation tests and they are positive. Would taking Norethisterone 5mg 30 tablets help to put them back on track?

If normal ovulation occurs then bleeding should occur . Hormone testsand ultrasound is the first step . Norethisterone want help right now .
