Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have just received your query.

The digital examination and PSA of 5.6 are indicating for enlarged prostate. This explains why you are having difficulty in urinating in the morning.

Biopsy is required to rule out malignant changes in the prostate.

Flomax (Tamsulosin) works by relaxing muscles in the prostate and bladder, improving urine flow and reduce symptoms of enlarged prostate.

Let me know if you have further queries.
