Brief Answer:
Normal values of PSA rules out cancer of Prostate .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have consulted Urologists who after doing Digital Rectal examination has ruled out cancer of the prostate .

Your PSA values and absence of any positive evidence of palpable hard nodule in the prostate on digital rectal examination rules out cancer of the prostate .

The pain in rectal area with constipation could be due to hard stools due to constipation itself .

Consult qualified General Surgeon for Proctoscopic examination to rule outlocal pathology .

Taking stool softener like Naturolax or Cremaffin will help to relieve pain due to constipation .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
