Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Yes, both of your concern is mostly pregnancy related..

For the itching, simply apply Lactocalamine/ Aloe-vera lotion thoroughly and stay in side air-conditioning, it'll provide soothing effects..

Even though Pantoprazole is a safe drug during pregnancy, still it's recommended to have a baseline Magnesium value prior to start it, and keep monitoring if Pantoprazole is required on a daily basis for long term..

I'd suggest to replace it with Tab RANITIDINE 150 mg twice daily before food for a week and observe how you stay..please discuss with your Gynecologist once before starting as there may be a requirement to examine you clinically for any other relevant findings..

Let me know if there's any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
