Question : I m having antigas tablet pan 4d...pantoprazole...is it OK to hav daily? mornings as well?

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Pantoprazole is relatively a safe medicine to take daily. However, my recommendations would be to go for it whenever you feel the requirement.
Otherwise, do life style modifications to prevent acidity.
This includes:
1. Taking Soft and Bland diet.
2. To walk after all meals.
3. To avoid fast food, smoking and alcohol consumption.
4. Take Pantoprazole in case of need.

That's the ideal time.

The ideal time to take Pantoprazole is empty stomach in morning as it's absorption is more empty stomach. So you may comfortably take it empty stomach.
