Brief Answer:
First sponge him

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering you query.
With all those hepatotoxic chemicals inside your husbands body ,you are first advised to give him cold sponge, as paracetamol itself is not good for Liver and with alcohol it may even be more toxic.
If fever does not come down within an hour or so ,or shows an upward trend then
you may have to call your doctor to ask for a permission, as before saying yes to paracetamol, one has to know about condition of his liver as well, accordingly adjust the dose.
Start sponging immediately, and thoroughly, and ask again about two hours from now.
If he is on any other drug for any other ailment please let me know as well.
Good luck
