I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

I think that paxil medication, is suitable for the treatment of ocd and anxiety disorder.

Paxil (paroxetine) selectively inhibits the re-uptake of serotonin.

Only keep in mind that it should be used with caution, if you have any of the following conditions: epilepsy, cardiac disease, diabetes mellitus, bleeding disorders, maniacal stage.

The dose it should be taken is 20 mg each morning and if necessary you can increase it gradually in increments of 10 mg to XXXXXXX
