Question : I took phentermine for 6 days 3 1/2's and then 3 wholes my daughter is 2 and nurses at night for comfort if Im home at nap time. I had no idea there was a breastfeeding warning label. Im freaking out Im not taking no more now what can I feed her tonite if she wakes up or no and if not how long. will she be ok? the dr. never said anything about breastfeeding.

I understand and appreciate your love and concern for your daughter.

Don't worry, you have not caused your daughter any harm. Phentermine is excreted in the breast milk, but drinking the milk a few times does not do any harm.

You can bottle feed your baby with cow's milk or formula for a couple of nights and then resume the breast feeding, since you have stopped taking Phentermine.

Small quantities of wholesome food with daily exercise of 30minutes will help you lose weight without the need for potentially harmful medicines.
