Is TSH Level Of 14.26 During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?
Strict control of hypothyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Increased anti TPO antibody levels means that your hypothyroidism is due to autoimmune condition, in which the antibodies produced in the body start hampering the function of a particular organ or cell in the body, in your case the thyroid gland is affected by these antibodies and decrease their effective functioning.
Your TSH levels should be kept under 2.5 , by proper alterations in the dosage of thyronorm.
Moreover, you should also get your oral glucose tolerance test to detect if any gestational diabetes mellitus is present, as it is common in patients with autoimmune conditions.
Anti TPO antibody itself do not cause any harm to fetus, if TSH is kept within normal limits.

Dose needs to be adjusted
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Blood sugar fasting is not a sensitive method to detect gestational diabetes mellitus, that is why oral glucose tolerance test with 75 gm glucose is advised.
TSH levels will be controlled by thyronorm, the dose need to be adjusted according to the TSH levels done every 2 weekly till they are within normal limits.
No, increased TSH has no effects on the fetal movement.
TSH levels increase as the thyroid hormones T3 and T4 decrease. In a pregnant women, thyroid hormones decrease with pregnancy due to changes in the body, and therefore TSH levels raise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thyrowel is a health supplement medicine and has no role in decreasing the TPO antibodies or normalizing the thyroid levels.
No medicine should be taken in pregnancy, unless it's benefits are proven.
In my opinion, there is no need to take this medicine.
