Is TSH Value Of <0.015 McIU/ml A Cause For Concern?

Question: Hello Dr,
I am 24 years old lady diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in the year 2011 & I was prescribed to start Eltroxin 50mg. I used to take this tablet till September 2015. I stopped after Sept because I wanted to check my thyroid levels & consult a Dr. I delivered a girl baby on July 8th 2015(Normal delivery). I have been breast feeding now. I got a lab test done on 10/10/2015. Please note that I had not taken the tablet on the day the test was done. My test results follows:

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (Chemilumnescene) - <0.015mcIU/ml(Observed values)

Please advise further..

Dear XXXXXXX Hi! this is dr XXXXXXX here. there is a little confusion. hypothyroidism and not hyperthyroidism needs eltroxin.
Now as you wanted to convey you were on thyroxine/eltroxin 50 mcg since 2011 , continued same dose through pregnancy and post pregnancy as well. you stopped the tablet in september , (when in september?) You took the blood test on 10 /10 /15 which is giving TSH < 0.015uIU/ml.
if so far i am correct, please tell me what is the symptomatology? I mean what are your symptoms , how do you feel without tablet ?
also please tell me your FT4 value.?
If possible please tell me your other previous reports as well, like the one when you started the treatment in 2011, any test done during pregnancy?

Thanks much for the response.. Yes, it is Hypothyroidism & not hyperthyroidism, thanks for the correction Dr.

Unfortunately, I do not have the test reports for the tests done in 2011 & I do not remember the values as well.

I stopped the tablet on 5th September 2015.

Symptoms - I feel tired & giddy from last week..I feel giddy when I sit sometimes..

FT4 test was never done..

During pregnancy, tests were done & the test reports were normal as I was taking eltroxin 50mg..

dear XXXXXXX as you had stopped the tablet for almost a month before taking the test, TSH seems to be very low. Can you repeat the test and this time TSH and FT4 both from same sample? please get back to me with the reports.
