Both of these medications provide good relief for ulcer in most patients.

But lifestyle and diet changes along with avoiding addictions, if any are needed along with medications to help cure and prevent recurrence of ulcer.

Simple healthy lifestyle and good simple balanced diet is equivalent to medications in cases of ulcer.

I'm sorry, the medication is Zantac, not Tagamet

Zantac is little less potent, but with Zegerid, as combination they are good. So need to worry.
