What Could Cause Prolonged Chest Pain?

Teenage girl, normal weight. I get chest pain if I stand for more than like 30 minutes, doesn't go away immediately, worst pain goes away after a few hours but low-level pain can linger for days afterwards. I've had tons of cardiac tests (history of arrythmias) and they don't think it's that, also I'm on zegerid in case it was reflux but didn't help at all. What could this be?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your extensive cardiac work up is normal, no need to worry much for cardiac cause for your chest pain.
At your age, anxiety related symptoms are more common. So possibility of anxiety is high in your case.
Anxiety can also worsen reflux disease. So control of anxiety is needed.
Better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and work on its solution.
You may require anxiolytic drug too.
Avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
Don't worry much, you will be alright.
