Brief Answer:
Safe, but you need to cautious, no excesses

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I do think recent studies, and my daily practice, makes concerns as to use viagra or not in your case no major call for concern. You can very well use viagra or Sidenafil. However, you must be cautious not to use to the drug excessively or continuously. Not being completely reliant or using the drug excessively makes it safe.

I would suggest you include other measures such as more time for fore play, caressing and kisses, to be more psychologically prepared to face the sexual act. Being convinced from inside you really love the one you wanna make love to is very important. Feeding practice, vegetable, fruits, exercise and good sleep could also improve quality of intercourse.

Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
