Brief Answer:
More than one third improvement in these negative symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

As stated earlier we do not have adequate data for individual negative symptoms of schizophrenia however the available studies show that you can expect average 30% more improvement in negative symptoms and cognitive symptoms.

Considering the fact that there is better improvement in certain negative symptoms it can be stated that there is around 40% improvement for anhedonia, amotivation and alogia.

I need to emphasize here that other symptoms may not respond alike the amotivation, alogia and anhedonia and the improvement may be limited in affective flattening.

I hope this clarifies.

Brief Answer:
Around one third to two third of Cariprazine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Alike cariprazine, abilify is also partial dopamine agonist and have some effect on negative symptoms. Roughly speaking the negative symptoms get improved by 10-20 % with Abilify. In another words the effect on negative symptoms with abilify can be one third to two third of cariprazine.

I hope this answers you.

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

My answer is yes. We can expect overall 40% improvement in negative symptoms. However I like to acknowledge that individual variation do occur and not everyone responds equally. It is possible that you may have better improvement than what is known as per the studies and vise versa.

Thanks again.
