Brief Answer:
adderall is more efficacious then vyvanse.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.

Adderall is more efficacious than vyvanse.

In my opinion, if adderall has stopped working for you, I donot think vyvanse would work better for you.

Have you tried ritalin (prescription drug)? I think it should work for you.
Kindly discuss this with your doctor.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
