Brief Answer:
Warfarin can have significant interactions with other drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HealthcareMgaic.

Warfarin has low therapeutic index that is its "safe" dose range is narrow. Some drugs can induce the metabolism of warfarin. Thus it can cause the effect of warfarin to lower and increased risk of thrombosis. Some drugs may inhibit warfarin's metabolism and can cause its effect to escalate and cause increased risk of bleed.

If you let me know the names of medicines being prescribed for cancer, I will be better able to help you.

Waiting for your reply.
