Brief Answer:
First of all get the cause ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Teeth grinding can be due to his underlying medical condition for which he is taking anti epileptic drugs.
Secondly stomach ache can be due to infection, in digestion or worms in stomach.
But you should not proceed with deworming until you get him diagnosed.
So first consult a Paediatrician and get him evaluated and a stool culture and microscopy can be done for confirmation..
Hope this helps..
Regards.

Thank you ma'am for the reply.but pls be noted that it has started recently. We regularly meet his neurologist and he doesn't find any connection between his epilepsy and teeth grinding. But anyway will take him to the pediatrician.
Brief Answer:
Any level of stress in body can also be a cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Teeth grinding can also be due to stressful conditions.
If your son has pain in any part of body like he has stomachache, it can also be a cause for teeth grinding..
So once you should get him examined properly.
He can get better once the pain subsides..
