Brief Answer:
Clinical examination and ECG required

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. You are complaining of palpitations. Your blood pressure is normal and your heart rate needs to be measured. Sometimes there can be a sudden rush of heart beats as in case of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia which usually resolves soon without any problem. However, an ECG would be needed to confirm. Other issues like hyperthyroidism could also contribute to development of palpitations.

I would insist you to visit a doctor and to get yourself evaluated. Depending upon his findings he would advise you further tests.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
