Is A Negative HIV Test Type 1& 2 Conclusive After 7 Months Of Exposure?

I went to prostutute 7Months before (13Feb15). That girl put condom on my penies with her hand. Than i started to insert my penies with condem on her vagina, within 5mins i removed my penies from her vagina and asked her to remove my condem and do masterbate with her bare hand and she did it, And i ejaculated. Here my question, When My penies was inside her vagina with condem, vaginal fluid been in my outside of condem. She removed my condem whith her hand and started to masterbate, so that vaginal fluid should be in her hand also. Becasue of that fluid is any chance to get infected. That time i dont have any cuts and injury on my penies.
After Three months of sexual contact i suffered from fever with stomech upset. Now alomost 7 months passed.
Yesterday i took Anti HIV test Type 1& 2 (serum/CMIA). result shows non reactive(0.07).
Is it mean hiv negative, Should i need to take any more test or this was enough. Because i heared window period is maximum of 6Month only. Hope i dont need take any more tests.
Kindly help.
No chance of HIV and no need to be tested again in future.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome to health care magic.
I have read all your question and narration as said by you and will give you the answer.
First of all, I would like to tell you that HIV and STDs infection occurs only when our mucosa linings in the mouth, vagina, penis or rectum come in direct contact with blood or bodily fluids such as semen, vaginal fluid and rectal fluid that can contain HIV and STD virus.
Here in your case, if there was no cut or scratch or even bruise on your penile skin then you need not to worry about HIV infection.
If that girl has masturbated you with her bare hands (containing her vaginal fluid), still there is no direct contact of body fluids into the mucosal surface of the body or its part.
(as you said you did not have any cut or injury over your penis).
So, I do not think there is any chance of getting HIV or even any other STDs in this scenario.
Through bare hands or bare body skin, the virus (HIV or other STD) cannot get transmitted into other's blood circulation.
Also, The materials used to make most condoms such as latex, polyurethane and polyisoprene do not allow bacteria, viruses or other germs to pass through them.
Therefore condoms act as a barrier to HIV and STDs infection by preventing the mouth, vagina, penis and rectum from being exposed to bodily fluids such as semen, vaginal fluid and rectal fluid that can contain HIV and STDs.
Therefore, do not bother and be rested.
Your fever with stomach upset could be due to some other infection (other than HIV or STDs) for which you can take appropriate treatment from some local doctor or GP (if you still have the symptoms).
In addition, you did anti HIV 1&2 testing yesterday (09/09/2015) which came negative and hence your remaining doubt should also be cleared now.
We have also discussed about this on your previous question (dated 12th July) and I reassured you not to bother about HIV or any other STDs.
Also, I would clearly say that HIV has a incubation period of 1 month to 3 months. (Very rarely it could be 6 months) So, by that point of view also. you do not need to be tested by any other method in future.
Hope this will help you and if any doubt then you can ask me.
Regards,
Dr.Sandip
