Brief Answer:
Visit a doctor for prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for asking from HCM

Zolpidem is z-drug used for sleep. The drug is available with prescription only and for that prescription you have to go to a doctor. The drug can't be prescribed by online consultation because of regulations. If you can't afford to visit a doctor then other option is to take OTC sleep drugs like NyQuil or Benadryl. This might help in sleep.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.
