Brief Answer:
You can use two tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.
Unicom sleep tablet contains doxylamine which is an antihistamine medication and can be used in dose range of 25 to 100 mg per night. Considering the fact that 25 mg did not help you, the dose can be increased to two tablet which will make 50 mg. There two tablets are safe and I do not think you need to worry provided you are otherwise healthy.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

Although it is safe but I will recommend not to go beyond two tablets. In my experience most person needs 50 mg and beyond that possibility of response is equal to 50 mg.

I hope this clarifies.
Thanks again.
