Brief Answer:
Examination by doctor is mandatory

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

Cotaryl cream contains urea, lactic acid, glycine, ammonium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium lactate, magnesium chloride, monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate.

Many of these things are toxic to body. It can result in dizziness, nausea, vomiting.

If the amount swallowed is small, then thereare less chances of symptoms.

But, it is very difficult to comment without examining the child, I advise you to go to emergency immediately and get the child examined.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms occur within few hours

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

Symptoms usually occur within few hours of ingestion.

If there are no symptoms till now, that is after more than 8 hours, i think that it is very unlikely that the symptoms will occur now.

It also suggests that the amount taken is very small.

However, i suggest you to keep a watch of symptoms for 24 hr and if any symptom occur then you should immediately approach hospital.

Take care.
