Brief Answer:
Only approved treatment is laser treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having problem of floaters of the eye. Floaters are because of degenerations in the vitreous which lies behind the lens.

It is usually seen in people after the age of 50-60 years. Most of them decrease in intensity and severity as the time increases.
But unfortunately there is no satisfactory medical treatment. Multivitamins will prevent progression of the condition but reversal of the changes is not known to occur.

The only approved treatment in case of severe floaters is laser vitreolysis.
Accupuncture treatment claims to be curative for floaters, but conclusive evidence is not available. Hence as far as my knowledge accupuncture is not yet recommended as a curative treatment.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
