Is Alcohol Consumption Advisable While On Metoprolol?

Question: Hello I was just given metoprolol succ 25 mg ( beta blocker ) due to a faster heart beat ( only at times however ) but it appears to have some side effects . I am a weekend occasional red wine drinker as we have our own
label and bottle wine thru a wine club. Will this occasional social alcohol engagement be an issue ??
