In my opinion it is better if you avoid alcohol
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It would be better if you avoid having alcohol,
Drinking alcohol can further lower your blood pressure and may increase certain side effects of amlodipine.
Alcohol can increase your risk of gastritis. stomach bleeding caused by ibuprofen and paracetamol.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
As said earlier I wouldn't ask my patient to take alcohol
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
When on NSAIDS drug like ibuprofen and paracetamol, one should avoid alcohol, as it increases the risk of gastritis.
With amlodipine, blood pressure decreases when alcohol is taken. Even though it is not very severe, I would not ask my patients to have alcohol.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
