Brief Answer:
Yes,they can be taken with alcohol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome to health care magic,

1) Nimorazole is a antiprotozoal agent used to treat amoebiasis, giadiasis, trichomonas vaginalis etc.

2) ofloxacin is a quinoloes group antibiotics used to treat in bacterial infection.

3) Enterogermina is Bacillus subtilis, an medication currently being used for oral bacteriotherapy and bacterioprophylaxis of gastrointestinal disorders (mostly as a direct result of antibiotic treatment).

All above three drugs have no drug interaction with alcohol,so there is no issue with taking them while alcohol is consumed.

However, alcohol consumption could be injurious to health,so better to stay away from it.
