Question: Drinking 3 glasses of wine; perhaps vodka with Coumadin, Lasix,Cymbalta, baby aspirin, plavix
And 4 insulin shots/day.

Please, this is a poor attitude. This would greatly compromise the effectiveness of her medications and make the control of her disease states a lot more complicated. Talk to her and get her to abandoning this bad attitude. She is clearly getting less than desired benefits from her drugs and runs the risk of early and severe complications. If she needs to be seen by an expert for this, it is worth the pains.

I am concerned drinKing alcohol with Plavix could cause internal bleeding.
She all ready has had three bouts of congestive heart failure; presently
Y has three small clots in lung, legs.she talks a lot, always on the run,
