Question: Drinking 3 glasses of wine; perhaps vodka with Coumadin, Lasix,Cymbalta, baby aspirin, plavix
And 4 insulin shots/day.

Talk to her and get her to abandoning this bad attitude. She is clearly getting less than desired benefits from her drugs and runs the risk of early and severe complications.
