Question: Took 10mg valium for vasectomy this morning at 9am. It is now 9pm. Can I have 1 or 2 beers? Or it is dangerous?

Valium stays in the system for about 24 hours. Mixing a benzodiazepine like Valium with alcohol (in any amount) can result in dangerous respiratory depression, central nervous system depression, and even seizures and death. Wait until tomorrow to start drinking again.
