Is Anoscopy An Effective Procedure To Diagnose Hemorrhoids And Anal Fissures?

Question: Known from one of the Doctors about the band system at the time of anascopy in Piles how effective is it and how much time it takes for heeling. Can it be helpful to me as of now from past two months bleeding has stopped.

1) What is the grade of your Hemorrhoids as reported by your surgeon on proctoscopic examination.?

Band ligation of piles is generally advised if patient has grade 2 Hemorrhoid (Piles).

It ligates the blood vessels at the base of the Hemorrhoids which leads to necrosis of Hemorrhoids .It takes about 10 days for complete healing and effective in grade 2 hemorrhoids .

As per the Proctologist it is Grade 2 category of Piles.
