Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and symptoms and in my opinion it is due to hormonal changes.
But one more important thing which should be ruled out first is ectopic pregnancy.
So first get ultrasound scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
If you are aware of pregnancy back pain and in your opinion it is not due to that ,there are few more causes of your concern.
But I would like to ask a few questions before giving my opinion about it.
Are you suffering from foul smelling vaginal discharge?
Are you having any other associated symptoms?
Are you overactive or working for long hours?
Taking any treatment?
Are you having difficulty in urination and burning?
Are you having constipation?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards
