Thank you.
both may reduce blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
both garlic and beet have been tested for their effectiveness and they were found effective! Perhaps garlic was more so. Please note that the researchers administered garlic powder (so it could be quantified). Garlic reduced the systolic blood pressure by almost 10mmHg (which is great) and the diastolic blood pressure by about the half. Beets were also effective. They reduced blood pressure by about 5-6mmHg.
Their effect on cardiovascular morbidity and mortality has not been studied enough to come into conclusions. I don't know what's the active ingredient...
The drugs have been tested for their efficacy in reducing blood pressure but also for their efficacy in reducing cardiovascular problems. The drugs have an almost predicable effect on the patients. I can't say the same about garlic and beet because more studies are needed.
Kind Regards!

no serious interaction
Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!
350mg is fine, although the studies I'm aware of have used 200mg. You should not expect any serious interaction. The only "interaction" is that both products lower the blood pressure and may thus cause hypotension, although this is not expected in hypertensive individuals.
Anxiety is usually caused by psychological conditions. I doubt that olmesartan is connected to it, although I can't exclude it.
Olmesartan's antihypertensive effect is fully evident after 20-30 days of continuous use.
Kind Regards!
