Question : Hi, I took levonelle 5 days ago and I have woken up with some bleeding... is this normal?

The morning after pill gives you a burst of hormones for about 72 hours which keep you from ovulating if you are close to your fertile time. If you do not conceive, the drop in hormones will trigger a mini-period. This may make your normal cycle come late, but it is a reassuring sign that you were protected against pregnancy.
