Hi,
According to your history the possibility of pregnancy is less as:
-Usually ovulation will not occur two days after the menstrual period in case of regular 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle.
-You have taken the
emergency contraceptive pill within 28 hours of the intercourse.
-You got withdrawal bleeding after taking the tablets.
Now the possible causes of your discharge and pain abdomen are
pelvic infection or physiological changes either in ovulation or in the premenstrual period. To get the clarification regarding the pregnancy, you can go for
serum beta HCG levels after 3 weeks of
unprotected intercourse.
If the test gives negative result the possibility of pregnancy is less and you can take symptomatic treatment with your doctor's advice. Regarding ectopic pregnancy, if pregnancy test gives positive result, you have to undergo
ultrasound examination and serial beta HCG level monitoring with a 48 hour gap to rule out the ectopic pregnancy but this is rare.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
