Brief Answer:
Consider taking help of fertility specialist...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Apologies for the late reply, I was off work away from internet this weekend.
Some women have conceiving problems with endometriosis. Though removal improves chances, fertility issues may persist. Without complete details and without an opportunity to examine and evaluate you, I wouldn't be able to guide you to the next step. However considering your age (35 years), previous medical condition and your current issue, I will recommend you visit a fertility specialist at the earliest.
You will need a battery of tests which includes testing hormone profile such as FSH, LH, prolactin, TSH levels; hysterosalphingogram and follicular scans. The best mode of treatment will be based on test results.
Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need clarifications.
