Brief Answer:
you can continue breastfeeding when you are pregnant.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I can understand your concerns,
There is no problem in breast feeding while you are pregnant.
It is safe to breast feed your baby.
What you have to keep in mind is that you should have healthy diet, green vegatebles, plenty of water.
You need enough diet for your baby growth and for breast milk too.
Though there are chances of sore nipple and mild contractions in womb due to hormonal changes during pregnancy,it will not effect you baby growth.
Hope it helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.

how long can I continue breast feeding?
Brief Answer:
no restrictions for breast feeding.
Detailed Answer:
There is no restriction to breast feeding.
But after 4-5 months of pregnancy, there is colostrum secretion of which will be inadequate for your child.
So I would advise you to wean your child completely and give him top feed completely.
Hope this helps.
