Is Bump On Forehead After An Injury Serious?

Question: I am on warfarin and have just slightly bumped my forehead on a wooden cupboard frame.
It is not sore and has not bruised but I am aware that on the advice it says seek medical advice for significant blows to the head. I am hoping that a slight bump is not one that needs to be referred

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
It all depends of your current INR. If you haven't checked it recently, it may be higher than it should. In case of high INR (like higher than 2,5), you can not be sure if brain vessels were not injured.
That is why if you do not know your current INR, you should consult your doctor.
If you have checked INR recently and it is around 2,5, you may wait and see if any of symptoms like headache, blurred vision, dizziness, nausea, vomiting will appear. If yes, than doctor consult is necessary.
Please also check if your pupils are even in both eyes.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

My INR yesterday was 2.6.
There is still no bruise , I can just tell it is slightly tender .
My pupils appear fine.
Should I just be alert for any symptoms?
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
So there is no need to worry. Please just be alert of symptoms like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache. And check your pupils from time to time (like every few hours).
It seems that there is no need to visit a doctor.
Regards.
