Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should not feel much concerned about your calcium level as it almost in normal range.
I would advise that you should drink lots of water daily. Do not take any calcium supplement as you don't need it.
I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.

Thank you. I take a multivitamin daily and it does have calcium in it. Should I stop taking it. Also, my blood test was at 1:30 in the afternoon and I had taken my multivitamin and 1000 mg of vitamin D at 5:30 that morning. Could that have altered the results?
Thank you
Thank you
Brief Answer:
Calcium supplement will alter the blood calcium.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Calcium supplement and Vitamin D will increase the blood calcium levels.
I would suggest that you should repeat the calcium levels after discontinuing the supplements for 15-20 days.
Milk and milk products contain enough calcium, fresh fruits and vegetables contain other vitamins and minerals, Sunlight is a good source of Vitamin D, if you are taking them, there is no need of any supplements.
I hope this answers your query.
Regards.Thanks.
