Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I have gone through your query,
If I were your treating doctor my suggestions would be to get an urine culture and sensitivity. This could help in choosing the exact antibiotic for the infection.
Along with this i also suggest you to get the ultrasound abdomen to rule out any possible renal stones.
if possible kindly upload the reports, which will help me in accurate diagnosis.
Kindly do the follow up with your further query.
Take care.
