Hs CRP is predictive of future risk
Detailed Answer:
Hello,Mr XXXXXXX
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Hs CRP is parameter to predict future heart attack and paralysis. It is simple boichemical parameter. It has to be interpreted in correlation with risk factors like Hypertension.Diabetes etc.In case of your father all other reports are very much normal.Even stress test was normal.so CRP, though high< it is not that serious. The best way to keep it under control is medicine like rozucor which was prescribed to you ,it should be continued life long.cril oil may have some benefit ,but we should not use any medicine where side effects are not known.so I would suggest you to start Rozucor again.Life style of your father is excellent and he should maintin it.
His uric is acid is high and calcium is low.He should avoid pulses and take calcium supplement.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
