Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understand the concern about chest pain.
To rule out whether it is due to some gas problem or muscular origin or due to some other cause,I will need to ask some more information regarding your chest pain,
Since how many days you are having chest pain?
Any other symptoms like uneasiness or chest discomfort?
Do you have pain over left arm or shoulder?
Any problem of heartburn or bloating or gas trouble?
Any medications tried before?
Kindly get back to me with these answers.I will give my opinion after that.

Brief Answer:
might be due to muscular origin or stress and anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing more information,
I understand your concern and would like to explain that your occasional chest pain might be due to muscular origin or stress and anxiety or it could be related to stomach upset if you have.
However, it is very unlikely related to heart or even your Parkinson's disease but if pain persists or becomes troublesome, it would be advisable to go for general routine check up with your GP, with careful physical examination and some additional lab tests (blood works,EKG) to rule out any possible body system disorders.
Meanwhile, you can try symptomatic over the counter pain killers (like aleve) with antacid (pantoprazole).
Anti-anxiety medication (ex.Recita forte) would also be helpful to reduce stress level or if you don not have adequate sleep but you will need prescription from some local doctor or GP.
Hope this helps.

What is heartburn like
Brief Answer:
burning sensations in chest
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Heartburn means feeling of burning sensations in chest due to acid reflux (termed as gastro-esophageal reflux disease) which could be due to indigestion or dyspepsia.
The acid reflux occurs due to relaxation of the sphincter at the lower part of esophagus.
The refluxed acid from stomach sometimes enters into the pharynx and may cause burning in throat and some times throat inflammation.
