after surgery to fix hydronophrois do a childs kidneys usually continue to grow as they grow up? thanks

the kidneys do grow normally but the damage may recover partially only. so the idea is to prevent any damage from occuring.

if he had kidney dysplasia the doctors here would have noticed it by now? he has had ultra sounds every 6 months and he is currently 18 months
