Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
I can understand the plight you must be going through.
Read and understood that you are suffering from tuberculosis for which you have taken AKT 4 for the first 2 months and then AKT2.
These are the best medicines and if taken properly as per the weight of the patient and without interruption it usually works the best. diagnosed on FNAC of the lymph nodes in the neck.
The most important cause of not getting pregnant is obviously tuberculosis in the pelvis or of the productive organs.

The reason for not getting a proper response may be:
Associated anemia, hypo-proteinemia or any other medical condition.
MDR is multi-drug resistance TB. This can be diagnosed by sending a sample of the lymph node for PCR and sensitivity tests to find out whether there is MDR or not. If needed you may need a second line of treatment.
You may also need an opinion of a Gynecologist and further tests of HSG, hormonal status, ultrasonography of the abdomen and diagnostic laparascopy for evaluation as well as treatment.

I would like to know the reasons of your thinking that Medicines are not working.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
