Is Constant Bleeding After A Miscarriage Normal?
Question: Hi I had a misscarrige on the 10th XXXXXXX - 32 days later I had a slightly heavier and normal period I'm due again in the next 4 days but have been experiencing a dull ache around my pelvis and lower back - should I been worried as I'm abroad at the moment ?

The bleeding you had 32 days after the miscarriage is mostly your menstrual period. So, you should not expect another period again after four days.
Now the concern is about the dull aching pain in your pelvis and back ache. This is indicating some infection. It could be post abortal pelvic infection or could be urinary infection. Was your abortion spontaneous or induced? If induced, who induced it - a Gynaecologist or quack?
Urine examination will reveal urinary infection. If found, please get culture and sensitivity test done on urine and accordingly start appropriate antibiotics.
Please get examined vaginally from a Gynaecologist for any evidence of pelvic infection. If detected, you will require an antibiotics treatment.
